OtelX may amend this agreement at any time, and such amendments take effect immediately upon the amended agreement being posted on the Site. You agree to review the agreement periodically in order to stay informed of such changes, and your continued access to or continued use of the Site will constitute your definitive acceptance of the amended agreement.
1. Copyright and trademarks
All rights to the otelx.de site belong to OtelX. The trademarks, information, reports, images, graphics and other content published on these web pages - such as software, products, logos, etc. - are protected by national and international laws and international agreements. All or part of any information and materials contained on otelx.de may not be used in a different form by being revised, added to, or partially altered. Notices and markings relating to registered trademarks, services, logos, etc. belonging to third parties or institutions contained in the statements on otelx.de may not be removed when quoting from the site.
2. Links to third-party sites
otelx.de may provide direct or indirect links to other sites on its site. The purpose of these links is to provide information or advertising. Whether or not the User follows these links is entirely at the User's own discretion. The otelx.de site contains sections in which users may fill in request and reservation forms. While filling in these sections, users may not use abusive, threatening, provocative or offensive language, or unlawful content, and may not infringe the legal and personal rights of others. It is also prohibited to copy these forms for use, or to use them as a template for reproduction. Users are not permitted to use these pages to sell a product or service, to place commercial advertisements, or to engage in similar commercial conduct.

4. User obligations
Although otelx.de is a site that is updated at all times, the facility/tour information, prices, payment terms and promotions on the site are indicative. OtelX cannot be held responsible for any deficiencies or errors arising from typographical errors or delayed updates. The specific terms of each product and product provider apply to reservations made. If the User wishes to make a reservation for any of these products, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the relevant product provider in effect at the time of the reservation.
