Business activities and role as a travel intermediary

Otovia GmbH (limited liability) operates a travel agency under the “OtelX” brand and generally acts as a travel intermediary.

Otovia GmbH (limited liability) does not organize its own package holidays. The package holidays, accommodation services, flight tickets, transfers, tours, activities and other travel services offered on this website are provided by external tour operators or service providers and are arranged by Otovia GmbH (limited liability).

Information, prices and availability relating to the offered travel services are supplied by the respective tour operators or service providers through electronic systems, including data interfaces and XML connections.

The contract for the respective travel service is concluded directly between the customer and the tour operator or service provider expressly identified before the booking is completed. The identity of the responsible tour operator or service provider is disclosed during the booking process and in the relevant contractual or booking documents.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular offer, Otovia GmbH (limited liability) is neither the provider of the offered travel service nor the organizer of the arranged package holiday.

The tour operator or service provider identified during the booking process is responsible for the proper performance of the arranged travel service in accordance with the contract. The statutory obligations and liability of Otovia GmbH (limited liability) as a travel intermediary, particularly under Sections 651v and 651x of the German Civil Code (BGB), remain unaffected.

Consumer dispute resolution
